1. Quotations
Quotations are issued against the item descriptions, IMPA codes, quantities and delivery details you provide. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 7 days and is subject to stock availability at the time of order. Prices on this website are not shown; all prices are given on request.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept your written purchase order or written acceptance of our quotation (email or WhatsApp). Please check IMPA codes, sizes and specifications before confirming; where an item is supplied as an equivalent, this will be stated on the quotation.
3. Delivery
We deliver to vessels at berth or anchorage at Tema and Takoradi and to other agreed locations. Delivery times given on this website and in quotations are estimates and can be affected by port security clearance, customs, weather, sea state and vessel schedules. Launch boat, port and clearance charges are quoted separately where they apply. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on handover to the vessel or its agent, confirmed by a signed delivery note.
4. Certificates and documentation
Test, mill and conformity certificates are supplied where they are stated on the quotation or requested before the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted in USD, EUR, GBP or GHS by telegraphic transfer, corporate card, or on agreed credit terms for approved accounts. Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment is due before or on delivery.
6. Shortages, damage and returns
Please check goods on delivery and report any shortage, damage or incorrect item within 48 hours. Correctly supplied items can be returned only by prior agreement, unused and in their original packaging. Specially ordered items cannot be returned.
7. Liability
Manufacturer warranties apply to the goods we supply. Our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods or refunding their price, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as delay, off-hire or loss of profit, except where the law does not allow this limit.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
